Perform study of over 100 projects relating to the development opportunities for plant and property in Thailand, advised for more than 30 projects on bidding and procurement process. Experience in projects management, financial consultant, bank loan, governmental privilege, rules and regulations in relation to an effective production management.

DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR

More than 18 years of experience in project management and 10 years of energy management consultant in Energy & Power Generation Sector. Responsible for all phases of Projects (Project Management); planning & scheduling, data gathering, plant survey, conceptual design, technical feasibility, and feasibility study for power plant, detailed design, equipment specification, identify Measurement & Verification System, procurement, construction and commissioning supervision, inspection, training, and installation of M&V system, monitor its efficiency and verify the saving according to the M&V system. Expertise on biomass and municipality solid waste power plant.

Experience of over 10 years, Highly-recognized as Marketer and Business Developer in ESCO, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy area by;

Giving an advice in development and operation of project;
Have expertise in project feasibility study regarding finance, investment, commercial and regulation aspects;
Collaborate with concerned agencies in both government and private section (local and international agencies) to develop the project aim to the projects is equipped with investment and ready for all conditions precedents prior to the capital injection

Mr. RUAMLARP ANANTASANTA

Principal Consultant, Energy Advisor

Highly-recognized as marketer and business developer in Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy area and ESCO by broad local and international agencies. Moreover, recently has broaden his experience into Project Management & Commercial in assuring project management and quality control of Project Management & Commercial to deliver the quality deliverables as related project requirements within budget and timeline. Responsible for the direction of multiple projects with major sub-projects or a program of interrelated projects, ensuring integration, coordination, timing and consistency of process throughout. Developing and leading a strategically-oriented program management office, with the objective of prioritizing and optimizing the resulting value form the program, consistent, with the strategy of the organization and within the resources capability of the organization
